Distribution Centre Manager – National Hebel Distribution Network
CSR is seeking an experienced and influential Distribution Centre Manager to lead our national Hebel distribution network, spanning sites in Brisbane, Melbourne and Somersby, while being based at our Somersby Distribution Centre. This pivotal leadership role drives operational excellence, leads teams through significant change, and shapes the future of CSR’s logistics operations. The role reports into senior supply chain leadership and carries full accountability for safety, performance, people leadership and service delivery across all Hebel distribution centres nationally.
Key Responsibilities
* Champion Zero Harm, ensuring safety is embedded into everyday operations.
* Lead and develop high‑performing teams with robust accountability and culture.
* Oversee national distribution centre operations delivering exceptional service.
* Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing and Planning to forecast volumes and plan labour efficiently.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
* Manage industrial agreements to achieve commercial outcomes and future flexibility.
* Lead the implementation and optimisation of SAP eWMS across Hebel sites.
* Ensure consistent standards, processes and performance nationally.
About You
* 7+ years’ experience in senior logistics or distribution leadership roles.
* A proven track record of driving transformation and tactical improvements.
* Solid stakeholder management and relationship building capability.
* Experience managing enterprise supply chain systems (WMS, TMS, ERP), ideally SAP.
* Excellent commercial, operational and people leadership skills.
* Confidence leading teams through change across multiple sites.
