What You’ll Do Owning an agile team of data engineers and collaborating with solution architects, analysts, and data scientists. Crafting and implementing data models and pipelines to enable flawless extraction and integration into the Process Mining platform. Establishing and maintaining strong data governance, lineage modelling, and technical documentation. Leading data enablement initiatives with an Agile approach to drive timely delivery and quality outcomes. Collaborating with team members to identify inefficiencies and suggest data-driven solutions What You Bring Proven experience in data engineering, data management, and schema design with expertise in SQL, Python, and Java. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop scalable data solutions. Experience in Agile project management and leading technical teams in sophisticated environments. Demonstrating knowledge of process mining concepts and a passion for using data to optimize business processes.
