Property Claims Specialist
Joining our property claims team as a Property Claims Specialist, you will play an integral part in assisting customers who have faced loss or damage to their properties.
You will be a self-starter and confident in completing site inspections, ascertaining the cause and extent of damage, appointing tradespeople and providing a seamless end-to-end claims experience for the customer.
This role would suit someone with a property management background or similar skills that can be applied to managing claims from start to finish. A competitive salary and many other company benefits are on offer.

Key Requirements
* Deliver professional and excellent service when completing on-site and desktop assessments, interacting with customers and clients
* Proactively communicate clear and accurate advice, solutions, timeframes and claim progress to all stakeholders
* Clearly document all decisions made and reasons, including ownership details, reserve changes and acceptance/rejection of claims
* Previous experience as a Loss Adjuster (desirable)
* Loss Adjusting qualifications preferred or professional qualifications applicable to the industry
* Trade qualifications advantageous
* Current and valid driver's licence
