We are seeking a compassionate Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team at the award-winning Karingal Green Aged Care facility on a full-time basis.
About the role
Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will be instrumental in the development and implementation of procedures to ensure each resident's clinical and care requirements are met, while providing clear communication to families. Your clinical and leadership experience will be invaluable, with another key focus of your role being delivering clinical supervision to our team of Registered Nurses. Furthermore, your well-honed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills are easily demonstrated when leading inter-disciplinary teams, as well as providing relationship‐centred care that ensures the dignity and respect of all residents. You'll be working in a state‐of‐the‐art 160 bed residential aged care home providing specialist care and wellbeing services, including dementia and Parkinson's specific care, on a permanent, day program and respite basis.
What you'll bring
* Tertiary qualification (Bachelor or higher) in Nursing and AHPRA registration
* Previous experience as a Clinical Nurse Manager in the aged care sector
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Full working rights in Australia
