**This exciting role**
We are recruiting for multiple Disability Support Worker's who have experience supporting people with high mental health. These positions are for several SIL and In home participants located around the Redlands region.
**Responsibilities**
- Taking care of high needs clients
- Physically capable of hoisting and manual handling
- Provision of personal care and light domestic duties
- Complete job tasks in accordance with participant plans in a timely manner
- Write and maintain accurate written records and documentation
**About You**
- Certificate III or IV in Disability or similar industry qualifications
- Suitable experience in behaviours of concern, ASD, PBSP and strategies and data recordings, restrictive practices and reporting of incidents and unauthorised reportable incidents, and recording of daily occurrences: social, medical and behavioural
- A strong work ethic, a positive outlook and the ability to remain calm and professional while under pressure
- Own reliable transport
- Able to work flexible shifts (day, night, and weekends)
- National Police Check, Yellow Card and Blue Card

**Salary**: $31.60 - $41.53 per hour
