Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver training and assessment aligned with VET and curriculum requirements.
* Support student engagement, attendance, and outcomes by promoting a positive learning environment.
* Maintain accurate teaching and compliance documentation to ensure quality assurance.
* Participate in industry consultation and curriculum development to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
* Provide pastoral and academic support to students through guidance and mentorship.
* Engage in moderation, validation, and continuous improvement activities to enhance teaching practices.
* Promote courses and collaborate with industry and community networks to expand opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent).
* A valid Victorian Electrical A Grade License.
* Certificate III in Electrotechnology.
* Relevant post-secondary qualifications and recent industry experience.
* Strong understanding of adult learning principles and VET compliance.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and ICT skills.
* Demonstrated ability to innovate and adapt in teaching practices.
* Experience in student engagement and vocational placement coordination.
Additional Requirements:
* A valid Victorian Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC).
* A National Police Check.
