About the role
We are seeking an experienced Painter and Decorator to join our dynamic team at Kings Painting Services in Loganlea, Queensland. As a full-time Painter and Decorator, you will play a vital role in transforming residential and commercial properties with your exceptional painting and decorating skills.
What you'll be doing
* Preparing surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming
* Applying high-quality paints, stains, and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
* Mixing and matching paint colours to achieve desired results
* Ensuring a clean and tidy work environment throughout the project
* Collaborating with clients to understand their vision and deliver exceptional results
* Mentoring and training junior team members to develop their skills
* Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Painter and Decorator, preferably in the residential and commercial sectors
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
* Excellent colour matching and paint application skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
