Hit your revenue goals and help propel the business forward. Qualifications Exceptional analytical, numerical, and communication skills. A degree in Property, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Strong knowledge in at least one property asset class (Retail, Industrial, Residential, Office, Data Centres, Life Sciences, etc.). Proven background in market research, economic analysis, development advisory, portfolio review, or asset optimization. Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. GIS or Estate Master experience is ideal. Confident interpreting complex property, economic, and demographic datasets. Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making instincts. Proactive, self-motivated, and always looking for ways to add value. Highly organized with excellent time management and a sharp eye for accuracy.
