Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of industrial projects on an 18-month contract basis. In this role, you will collaborate with occupier clients, developers, and landlords, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. You will also assist the team with consultancy services and project management tasks on new industrial developments.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing projects.
Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment with project goals.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Track progress, risks, and compliance throughout each project phase.
Prepare and present reports and documentation for project tracking.
Support day-to-day consultancy and project management tasks as new projects arise.
Qualifications
Experience in project management, construction, or industrial development.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Understanding of cold storage facilities, industrial developments, and compliance.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate complex projects effectively.
