We seek a confident Internal Sales/Account Manager to service customers, manage expectations and seek out new sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a Trade background or experience working within a Trade wholesale distribution business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Making outbound calls to actively seek out new sales opportunities
* Providing problem solving and solution sales to customers
* Managing relationships with an existing customer network
* Ensuring all orders, invoices, and purchase orders are accurate
* Assisting with customer consignments, processing, picking, packing, and dispatch of orders
* Managing and booking transport and couriers
* Assisting with inventory management and stock control
