Job Opportunity:

With over 25 years of experience, we service clients in the electrical engineering and power industry.

We seek a confident Internal Sales/Account Manager to service customers, manage expectations and seek out new sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a Trade background or experience working within a Trade wholesale distribution business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Making outbound calls to actively seek out new sales opportunities
* Providing problem solving and solution sales to customers
* Managing relationships with an existing customer network
* Ensuring all orders, invoices, and purchase orders are accurate
* Assisting with customer consignments, processing, picking, packing, and dispatch of orders
* Managing and booking transport and couriers
* Assisting with inventory management and stock control

Requirements:

  • * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    * A desire to meet and exceed company targets & KPI's
    * High level of Computer literacy including MS Office & internal CRM systems desirable
    * Self-motivated, enthusiastic "can-do" attitude
    * Professional manner and the ability to utilise your initiative
    * Time management & excellent organisational skills
    * Must have Australian working rights for Permanent Role
