Role
As a Secondary Generalist Teacher, you will deliver the Western Australian Curriculum across two learning areas and provide a caring, engaging, differentiated learning environment. You will apply the Aboriginal Cultural Standards Framework, implement strong classroom management and student engagement strategies, and develop positive partnerships with students, colleagues and the community.
Responsibilities
* Provide a caring, engaging and differentiated learning environment for a range of learning needs.
* Deliver the Western Australian Curriculum across two learning areas, as required by the school.
* Apply the Aboriginal Cultural Standards Framework in all aspects of teaching.
* Implement classroom management and engagement strategies to support student learning.
* Create an inclusive, accountable environment that allows all students to achieve their maximum potential.
* Develop positive partnerships with students, colleagues and the community.
Qualifications
* Holder of a teacher qualification and registration.
* Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or visa with relevant work rights.
* Completed a WA Working with Children Check.
* Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and possession of a Screening Clearance Number.
