About the Role:
* You will work closely with stakeholders, including employers and our participants, to deliver tailored employment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers.
2. Support our participants to identify skills to become job ready.
3. Deliver quality service while adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements.
4. Enhance participants' employability through training and support service referrals.
5. Develop personalized job plans for clear employment pathways.
6. Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups.
A Suitable Candidate

* Individuals demonstrating empathy and compassion towards those with disabilities, injuries, and/or barriers to employment are highly valued.
* Motivated candidates with excellent communication skills and composure in challenging situations are preferred.
Eligibility Requirements:
* Eligibility to work in Australia.
* A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
* A MyGovID (Standard level).
* Willingness to complete a National Police Check.
* Able to pass a Working with Children Check.
* Availability to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
