As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing focused home based and centre based services for older clientele accessing services through their HCP and CHSP packages.
The role involves working independently but also as part of our multidisciplinary team, providing regular team meetings, clinical supervision and support from our Practice Leads and admin team.
You will be passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our clients, enhancing their self-esteem and empowering them to make choices.
* Recognised tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
* Current registration with AHPRA
* Experience working in the Community Aged Care sector with clients receiving services through their Home Care Package
* Demonstrated knowledge of clinical practice working with a variety of health conditions in 65+ year old clientele
