Key responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with generalist HR tasks
2. Supporting recruitment and selection processes
3. Providing advice on employee relations matters
4. Contributing to the development of learning programs
Requirements:
Essential qualifications and skills:
* A recently completed qualification in human resources or related field, or currently near completion of relevant studies.
* Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust to deal with sensitive and difficult situations in a diplomatic manner.
