* Support the Restaurant General Manager in leading and motivating staff
* Engage with customers and provide exceptional customer service skills
* Develop and maintain high-performance teams
* Implement processes and procedures to drive sales and profitability
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrable leadership skills
* Experience in Quick Service Restaurant or hospitality industry
* Proven ability to engage, lead and motivate staff
* Exceptional Customer service skills
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and interpersonal
* Must hold a valid driver's license
* Must have competent computer skills
