The role of Inclusion Officer - Complex Case Coordinator is a leadership position that promotes the Catholic ethos while providing specialist support for students with diverse needs.
* Key responsibilities include identifying, managing, and reviewing case assignments to ensure students and school staff receive appropriate training, care, and support addressing emergent student welfare, safety, and/or inclusion needs.
* The Inclusion Officer will facilitate case conferences and meetings with various internal and external stakeholders to coordinate a comprehensive response to complex student needs.
* This role requires promoting the Catholic ethos in daily tasks and responsibilities when interacting with CEO staff, school communities, governments, and other agencies.
* The officer will assist colleagues with preparing and delivering high-quality professional learning to enhance effectiveness.
* Effective partnerships will be maintained with external organisations to improve student inclusion and wellbeing outcomes.
