We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping clients reach their fullest potential through fun yet functional therapy. They will be able to work effectively within a team and contribute to our collective goals, with a commitment to client-centered and family-centered practices.
The Speech Pathologist will lead a team of therapists, providing supervision and support to junior colleagues. They will work from various locations, including clinics, schools, and community settings, delivering individualized therapy plans in a transdisciplinary team environment.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, high levels of organizational ability, and the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Responsibilities:
* Provide supervision and mentorship to junior therapists
* Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans
* Collaborate with teachers and families to achieve optimal outcomes
* Work within location-based schedules to limit travel and maximize client impact
* Participate in weekly supervision and mentoring to grow in your role
* Contribute to projects, team learning, and innovation in your area of interest
