As a key member of our Finance & Commercial Division, we are seeking an experienced Travel & Property Officer to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
* Process travel requests and arrange corporate travel in line with company policies and standards.
* Manage relationships with corporate travel service providers.
* Assist with relocating employees by arranging travel, accommodation or housing as required.
* Plan and arrange corporate conferences and events.
* Meet with key stakeholders to understand future events or training that require travel.
* Coordinate new property leases related to employee contracts, branch relocations or lease extensions.
* Coordinate with Accounts Payable for all relevant property payments.
