You’ll work alongside our owner across the full wedding journey—helping us bring events to life through seamless coordination, calm communication, and intentional styling.Depending on your experience and passions, you might:Coordinate weddings on the day (solo or supporting)Liaise with venues and suppliersStyle ceremony and reception spacesAssist with bump-in (think futons, signage, large mirrors—not florals, usually)Support planning tasks like run sheets and styling briefsContribute to content creation if you’re social-media inclinedNo two weddings are ever the same—but what never changes is our commitment to making things look beautiful and run smoothly, with warmth, grace, and a deep sense of care.About YouYou have a strong eye for detail, a way with people, and a calm presence that puts everyone at ease. You understand that weddings are emotional and high-pressure—but also deeply joyful. You can multitask with style, and problem-solve with a smile.You must:Have 1+ years’ experience in weddings, styling, events or something adjacentBe based on the Gold Coast or in the Tweed regionBe available on wedding weekendsHave a licence and your own reliable carHave a laptop with internet accessBe confident working with both clients and suppliersKnow how to make things look good—and keep them running on timeHave experience in styling or floralsHave used Canva or Asana beforeHave coordinated weddings solo or as a right-hand womanWhy You’ll Love Working With UsThis job is genuinely fun.
