As an Accounts Assistant, you will be the backbone of the financial data entry processes, providing excellent internal consumer service and working collaboratively with the broader team to produce positive consumer outcomes and brand image.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a significant impact within a supportive and inclusive environment.What you'll do:Provide appropriate and sufficient support to financial data entry processes.Administer accounting functions including accounts receivable and payables.Serve as the consistent point of contact for clients, residents and vendors.Follow up on outstanding invoices with clients in a timely manner.Ensure accurate administration and data entry processes for all clients, residents and vendors.Carry out banking operations accurately and in a timely manner.Maintain accurate documentation in business systems such as Alayacare and Epicor.Produce monthly statistical reports as requested.Maintain privacy and confidentiality of consumers and business information.Assist with payroll processing (up to 2 days per fortnight).What you bring:Proven experience in an Accounts Assistant role or similar.Strong knowledge of accounting functions including accounts receivable and payables.Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle enquiries from clients, residents and vendors.Experience with business systems such as Alayacare and Epicor is desirable.Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality of consumers and business information.Experience assisting with payroll processing is advantageous.What sets this company apart:Our client is a well-established organisation that values their employees and offers a supportive and inclusive work environment.
