Salary ranges from $117,986 to $163,308 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Support delivery of major refurbishment, upgrade and modernisation projects across critical assets.
* Own scopes, specs and designs that drive quality and technical clarity.
* Spot risks early and put strong technical and safety controls in place.
* Drive the full engineering lifecycle, from concept to commissioning to close‑out.

Skills & Experience
* Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience with hydropower, rotating plant or refurbishment work.
* Strong capability in design, specification and problem solving.
* Proven experience with HV equipment or control systems.
* Ability to manage engineering lifecycle for complex projects.
* Confident communicating technical advice to diverse stakeholders.
* Background in onsite activities such as testing or commissioning.
