The Role Are you an experienced SAP user with a passion for systems, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration? Toll Group's Healthcare Division is seeking a temporary SAP Super User to support our Tullamarine team. You'll play a critical role in ensuring effective system use, training users, and driving process excellence across the operation. This is a 4-5 week project. Key Responsibilities Provide front-line SAP support and resolve user queries Facilitate training and create user documentation/work instructions Map business processes and ensure accurate data entry Assist with system testing, UAT and change management activities Liaise between end-users and IT to translate business needs Support onboarding of new customers to SAP platform Act as Subject Matter Expert during bids and supply chain solutioning Identify user training needs and help bridge skill gaps Skills & Experience Strong experience with SAP (Sales & Distribution, EWM, FICO) Knowledge of core processes: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory, and Warehouse Management Stakeholder management skills and strong communication Able to troubleshoot, mentor, and support end users Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and project methodologies Benefits Work with a collaborative and high-performing team Be part of major initiatives impacting healthcare operations Competitive hourly rate and professional development opportunities About Toll People Toll People are Australia's most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff.
