Position Overview
As Facilities Manager, you will ensure our buildings and shared spaces are well-presented, safe, and efficient. You will lead a team of Maintenance Coordinators, maintaining high standards and fostering a positive community environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily facilities, maintenance, and capital works
* Lead contractors and internal teams to deliver quality outcomes
* Ensure compliance with OH&S, building codes, and essential services
* Create a resident-first environment through well-maintained facilities
* Manage budgets, reporting, and support sustainability initiatives
About You
You have experience in maintenance coordination, facilities, or property management, with strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. You are capable of managing priorities and ensuring smooth operations.
You must also have:
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia
* Valid Blue Card/WWCC
* Class C license and reliable vehicle
* Ability to work on-call or after-hours for emergencies
* Proficiency with facilities management systems and MS Office
