About The Role
Operating within Transition, the Connect2Uni Program Advisor is responsible for the successful delivery of the Connect2Uni Program, a year-long program enabling commencing students to manage their social and academic transition to university. The position supports the Transition Program Manager in planning and implementing all transition activities across ACU campuses, administers the program, and provides appropriate support, advice and/or referrals to improve student retention and success. The role also leads, coaches and supports a team of campus-based student mentors who provide peer-to-peer support to commencing students.

Responsibilities
* Deliver the Connect2Uni Program across ACU campuses, enabling commencing students to manage their transition to university.
* Support the Transition Program Manager in planning and implementing transition activities.
* Administer the program and provide support, advice, and/or referral to improve student retention and success.
* Lead, coach and support a team of campus-based student mentors.

* Total remuneration valued to $112,625 - $120,977 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $95,170 - $102,227 (pro rata) pa (HEW 6), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
* 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
* Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
