Job Title: Human Resources Officer
This is a key role in our organization where you will be responsible for monitoring/tracking employee relations issues, assisting management and leadership team with handling/resolving HR issues, monitoring hiring/recruitment processes for compliance with all local/state/federal laws and company policies/standards. You will inform HR management of issues related to employee relations, respond to questions/concerns from employees/management regarding company/Human Resources programs/policies/guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in monitoring/tracking employee relations issues including resolution and follow-up.
* Support management and leadership team with handling/resolving Human Resources issues.
* Monitor hiring/recruitment processes for compliance with all local/state/federal laws and company policies/standards.
* Inform Human Resources management of issues related to employee relations.
* Respond to questions/concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs,policies/guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for individuals with high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, at least 1 year of related work experience and supervisory experience. The preferred qualifications include education, related work experience and supervisory experience.
