Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Melbourne Area for a Senior Tax Manager. The responsibilities include managing client tax planning and compliance tasks, bookkeeping and accounting duties, and overseeing financial reporting processes. The role also involves contributing to the development of business strategies, advising on legal and business structuring decisions, and identifying tax opportunities for clients. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy, manage deadlines, and maintain client satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Tax Advisory, International Tax Planning, and Business Structuring
* Strong skills in Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Compliance
* Knowledge of ATO Dispute Management, SMSF Administration, and Retirement & Inheritance Planning
* Experience in Wealth and Investment Advisory and Fractional CFO Services
* Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for maintaining client relationships
* Master's degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification such as CA or CPA is a plus.
* Experience in an advisory or consulting role, with a preference for candidates familiar with Australian tax laws
