We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Support Worker to join our dynamic team. Our team supports older people and individuals living with disability to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Personal care: showering, dressing, grooming, and medication assistance
* Social support/transportation for social activities, shopping/groceries, traveling to medical appointments
* Domestic assistance: light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
* Supporting customers in the use of aids and personal equipment
* Monitoring the well-being of customers and reporting on their progress
What You Will Need:
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance / Criminal Record Check
Proof of vaccination (where relevant)
Current First Aid certificate/CPR
Current Australian Drivers License
Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle
Smart phone with internet access
Working with Children Check (preferred)
Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support or Disability Services (preferred)
