Salary $ 110,858.60 + Super + Flexible Working
19 day month with RDO or 9 day fortnight option, your choice!

The Role

The Community Wellbeing Strategic Projects Officer is responsible for the delivery of key strategic projects, partnerships and operational initiatives across the Community Wellbeing Directorate. This includes working closely with the Community Wellbeing Leadership Team and service planners, as well as key organisational stakeholders to embed change and project initiatives that strengthen evidence informed decision making and improve outcomes for local community.

Key responsibilities
* Developing, reviewing and monitoring organisational strategies
* Delivering strategic projects in response to emerging community needs, contemporary best practice, a changing funding environment and policy reforms
* Developing frameworks to measure the Community Wellbeing Directorate's social impact
* Supporting service planners and the Community Wellbeing leadership team to implement innovation projects and service transformation
About you

This role requires a strategic thinker who has a strong understanding of contemporary community development practice, can lead and motivate diverse stakeholder working groups, and has experience in delivering evidence informed projects that improve outcomes for community.
