You\u****ll follow personalised care plans and offer respectful support with:Provide direct care in a dignified & respectful mannerDeliver excellence in customer service to our residentsProvide assistance with personal care/hygiene, daily living tasks & general mobilityEmotional wellbeing and companionshipCreating a warm, inclusive, and positive care environment to maximise quality of lifeAbout The OpportunityIf permanent part time, must be willing to work at least 6 shifts per fortnightIf casual, must be willing to work morning, afternoon & night shiftsIf casual, must be willing to be contactable to fill shifts at short noticeWhat You Will BringCertificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or Aged Care or equivalentMinimum 6 months experience after receipt of qualificationExisting working rights in AustraliaA genuine passion to provide care that is person-centredThe ability to work individually and in a teamExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsWhy Choose Eldercare?
