About the role:
Parabellum is seeking a dedicated Payroll Officer for an immediate start at their newly renovated head office in Naval Base, for a full-time opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
End to end fortnightly payroll processing for 300 employees;
Timely submission of Superannuation, PAYG, Payroll Tax and Workers Compensation wage claims;
Entering new employees and maintaining employee records;
Reviewing and interpreting employee contracts;
Ensuring compliance with relevant payroll legislation and laws;
Monitor, action and maintain payroll inbox.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
3 years+ of payroll experience;
Experience in Pronto is advantageous;
Intermediate excel knowledge;Strong understanding of accounting principles, concepts and practices;
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy;
Excellent organisation and time management skills;
Ability to work well in a team environment and independently;
Maintain confidentiality at all times.
