* Have a solid technical background across a diverse range of Data assets, applications, tools, and vendors
* Support the technical delivery team to achieve stability, reliability, and health of the data technical infrastructure
* Support a technical team to manage and optimise data warehouse platforms and data acquisition capabilities
* Develop SME knowledge across products
* Manage platform health by overseeing disaster recovery tests, patching, and access management
* Develop and maintain the roadmap for data warehouse capabilities with a focus on optimisation
* Manage and prioritise backlog of work
* Manage incidents with technical team to ensure timely resolution
* Consult with business and technology stakeholders on platform capability and propose effective solutions
* Manage vendor relationship and contracts including overseeing the relationship with IBM
* Contribute to the broader leadership team by fostering high performing and collaborative team environment

* Networking experience
* Bash/Shell scripting

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
* Extensive technology experience ideally within financial services industry.
* Project delivery experience and proven leadership in a matrix structure.
* Strong technical knowledge of data warehouse environments, with desired experience in IBM DB2Warehouse on Cloud and Infosphere products.
* Demonstrated expertise in change management, adaptability, and managing technology assets.
* Excellent stakeholder and vendor management, internal consultation, and relationship-building skills.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and storytelling abilities, with a commercially savvy mindset.
