Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in video editing
* Proficiency in utilizing YouTube Analytics and key metrics such as Average View Duration (AVD), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and Impressions
* Skillful use of both Sound Effects (SFX) and Visual Effects (VFX) to enhance video quality and storytelling
* Exceptional communication skills and proactive engagement within team dynamics
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for seamless editing workflows
* Demonstrated capacity to incorporate feedback constructively and adapt editing approaches accordingly
* In-depth knowledge of social media and pop-culture trends, ideally with a focus on the Minecraft community
* Expertise in applying Look-Up Tables (LUTs) and Color Correction techniques to enhance visual aesthetics
