CLAHDO Electrical Project Engineer |FIFO 2/1 Roster| ASAP START
Goodline is seeking experienced Electrical Project Engineers to join our team for an exciting major expansion project for our clients Cape Lambert operations.
Due to internal transfers, Perth‐based engineers are strongly encouraged to apply for this FIFO 2/1 roster, commencing ASAP.
This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a significant Brownfield SMPE&I construction scope, introducing High Density Ore to the Cape Lambert A site and upgrading critical infrastructure.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical or related discipline)
Construction Induction Card (White Card) – Mandatory
ABOUT YOU
You are an experienced engineer with a strong background in construction project delivery, ideally with:
* Minimum 10 years' experience in construction projects within mining, resources, or commercial construction.
* Proven ability to manage multi‐disciplined technical construction projects.
* Strong contract management experience, including variations and claims, supporting Contracts Engineers where required.
* Experience overseeing procurement, suppliers, and subcontractor activities.
* Ability to identify and manage contractual, schedule, and safety risks.
* Capability to lead engineering, planning, QA and project controls functions to support frontline supervision.
* Strong planning and scheduling skills, including risk assessment, mitigation, and delay analysis.
* Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
* A leadership style that drives a positive culture around safety, quality and environmental performance.
* High-level interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
