Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a skilled customer service representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders, preparing quotes, and liaising with customers and production teams.
This role involves working closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions tailored to their needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
The customer service representative will also be responsible for investigating and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* Process customer orders via email and system
* Prepare quotes for laser cutting, folding, welding, powder coating, and other services
* Assist with customer enquiries and provide updates on job progress
* Develop and maintain relationships with customer purchasing contacts
* Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Required Skills:
