An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Quality Education Manager to join a leading aged care provider.
This role places you at the heart of a 100-bed residential care home, where your leadership and commitment to excellence will directly impact residents, families, and staff.
About the Role The Quality & Education Manager plays a key leadership role in driving continuous improvement, mentoring clinical teams, and fostering a high-performance culture that supports quality aged care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Provide leadership, coaching, and support in clinical best practice and compliance
 * Guide team members on aged care quality standards and scope of practice
 * Maintain and action the Care Home's Plan for Continuous Improvement (PCI)
 * Manage and submit data for the National Quality Indicator Program (NQIP)
 * Oversee monthly care audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented
 * Support excellence in resident care through assessment, planning, and evaluation
 * Ensure all documentation meets policy, legislative, and privacy standards
What You'll Bring:
 * Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration (essential)
 * Experience in quality improvement, staff development, and training delivery
 * Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
 * Proven ability to identify and address non-compliance in staff practices
 * Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes
 * Cert IV in Training & Assessment and/or postgrad qualification in Aged Care (desirable but not essential)
