Drive Revenue Growth as a Sales Ambassador
The Sales Ambassador plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and supporting the broader sales organisation. This role requires a proactive, commercially minded individual who can confidently guide customers and prospects through the sales cycle while collaborating with regional and strategic sales teams.
* Act independently as a trusted advisor to customers and prospects throughout the sales cycle.
* Work closely with regional and strategic sales teams to drive pipeline growth and opportunity conversion.
* Manage incoming enquiries (including campaign and event responses), qualify leads, and progress opportunities through to handover to the Regional Sales Manager where required.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Support customer onboarding and manage requests using a structured sales and marketing approach, clearly articulating solution value to existing and prospective customers.
* Track, manage, and follow up on customer interactions generated through marketing campaigns in the CRM.
* Maintain regular engagement with customers to understand their needs, provide advice, and recommend optimisation solutions.

* Stay informed on product and service updates, as well as changes to solution offerings and go-to-market strategies.
