Christmas Store Manager (Seasonal Retail)

We are a specialty Christmas retail store seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and lead our team through both our steady and peak seasons.
This is a unique role with structured seasonal hours:
* January–August: 3 days per week
* September–December: 5 days per week (peak Christmas season)
While this role offers consistent and guaranteed hours across the year, the position will be employed on a casual basis, with applicable casual loading.
About the Role
This is a hands-on management position responsible for the smooth running of the store year-round, with increased operational demands during our busy season.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing day-to-day store operations
* Leading and supervising retail staff
* Managing incoming and outgoing stock
* Processing and overseeing online orders
* Maintaining stock accuracy and organisation
* Visual merchandising and decorating the store with creativity and flair
* Assisting with social media content and promotional posts
* Delivering exceptional customer service both in-store and online
