About the Role
A respected community-based counselling organisation in Busselton is seeking a compassionate and motivated clinician to join its dedicated team. This position is open to provisional or registered psychologists and mental health social workers who are passionate about supporting children, young people, and adults.
The successful candidate will provide therapeutic and psychological services to children, teens, and adults under Medicare Mental Health Care Plans, helping individuals and families navigate challenges and build resilience. Provisional psychologists will receive comprehensive support within a nurturing, team-based environment.

Experience and Qualifications Required
* A genuine passion for working with children, young people, and adults
* Relevant tertiary qualification and eligibility for registration with AHPRA or AASW
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Commitment to ethical, trauma-informed, and evidence-based practice
* A collaborative, community-minded approach
