We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Landscape Architect to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on design leadership, values collaborative project work, and has a passion for delivering high quality landscape outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Lead multiple projects from concept to completion
* Drive creative direction and design conversations
* Oversee detailed documentation and construction packages
* Manage project timelines and budgets
* Coordinate with consultants and contractors
* Conduct site visits, cost planning, and specification writing
* Mentor and support junior staff
* Contribute to business development and submissions
Qualifications
* 5-10 years' experience in landscape architecture
* Strong design and documentation skills
* Advanced knowledge of construction detailing
* Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite; Revit/Lumion a plus
* Excellent plant knowledge
* Strong communication and team leadership skills
* Familiarity with Australian standards and regulatory frameworks
* Experience managing client relationships and project budgets
