Remuneration - $70 to $100 per hour depending on experience + Superannuation + Access to company vehicle

All in One Support Services was formed in March 2021, we are passionate about advocating for those experiencing disadvantage, mental health un-wellness and social stigma. We have a deep commitment to raising awareness within mental health sectors through delivering authentic, honest, reliable, and quality supports. We are also committed to empowering these groups by ensuring they have the necessary skills to attain the highest quality of life possible. We work alongside multiple services and sectors including clinical, community, justice, forensic and government.
You will
* Provide evidence-based assessments, treatments, and interventions that promote and maintain everyday tasks.
* Implement a holistic and person-centered approach while collaborating with participants and their care teams.
* Have knowledge and experience working with complex, forensic, and mental health presentations.
* Undertake assessments, planning, and intervention while liaising with participants, carers, families, clinical teams, and supports, internal and external stakeholders including family, health, and education supports.
* Utilise a variety of theories and approaches to identify the barriers within a person's social and physical environment.
* Practice in the areas of Mental Health, Physical Disability, Early Childhood, Activities of Daily Living, Training, Ergonomics, Play therapy, Sensory Integration, and Exercise.
* Evaluate progress and outcomes by using person-centered tools and functional observations.
* Possess exceptional interpersonal skills and have the proven ability to develop and maintain trusting and professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Have the ability to write comprehensive reports, progress reports, assessments, therapy plans, recommendations, clinical case notes, and reports in line with participant goals and NDIS requirements.
* Demonstrate the ability to maintain clear records and follow organisational policies and procedures within an expected timeframe.

You will have
* Minimum tertiary degree or qualification in Occupational Therapy.
* Demonstrate knowledge of Occupational Therapy assessment tools and evidence-based intervention strategies.
* Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
* Deep understanding of structural barriers people with mental health presentations may face.
* Hold current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
* Valid Australian Driver’s License (with full comprehensive insurance).
* Cleared Working with Children Check (WWCC).
* National Police Check.
