The Opportunity:
Kreskas Brothers Transport are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated Junior Fleet Controller to join our growing team. Responsibilities of this role include but not limited to:
* Help plan and optimize local vehicle routes to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries while minimizing delays and maximizing fleet productivity.
* Problem-solving and issue resolution respond quickly to operational challenges such as delays, accidents, or breakdowns. Collaborate with the team to find effective solutions and minimize service disruptions.
* Customer Service Support address any customer queries or concerns related to deliveries, ensuring that the fleet's performance meets client expectations and company standards.
* Support fleet manager and senior staff provide administrative and operational support to senior fleet managers and supervisors, ensuring that fleet operations run efficiently and cost-effectively.
* Driver Coordination communicate with drivers to provide them with accurate delivery instructions, route adjustments, and any updates to schedules or requirements.

* An Ability to problem solve within a fast-paced environment.
* Aptitude to pick up Transport Management Software.
