Operations administrator (newman)

Northfleet are the largest fleet provider in the Pilbara and are a market leader in the transport, bus, vehicle hire industry, supplying solutions to customers throughout Perth, Pilbara, Southwest and regional Western Australia. We are looking for a full-time Operations Administrator to join our team in Newman.

Working closely with our operations team, you will be responsible for

- Taking the administrative lead on hire and workshop administration
- Daily data entry of driver hours into our fatigue management matrix
- Data entry of timesheets for payroll processing
- Driver compliance
- Point of contact for customer inquiries to the office via phone and face to face
- Assist the Operations team with client service and support
- Support the Operations team with purchasing and generating purchase orders
- Arranging site inductions and mobilisations

The skills and attributes that you will possess

- At least 2 years previous office experience
- Experience or knowledge of the transport, hire & logistics industry will be highly regarded
- Attention to detail and accuracy with regards to payroll and accounts data
- Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised
- Ability to prioritise competing work requirements
- Excellent communication skills, and a confident and professional manner
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office competency
- Must have a C Class driver's license and police clearance valid within 6 months
