Northfleet are the largest fleet provider in the Pilbara and are a market leader in the transport, bus, vehicle hire industry, supplying solutions to customers throughout, Perth, Pilbara, Southwest and regional Western Australia. We are looking for a full-time Operations Administrator to join our team in Newman.
Working closely with our operations team, you will be responsible for
* Taking the administrative lead on hire and workshop administration
* Daily data entry of driver hours into our fatigue management matrix
* Data entry of timesheets for payroll processing
* Driver compliance
* Point of contact for customer enquiries to the office via phone and face to face.
* Assist the Operations team with client service and support.
* Support the Operations team with purchasing and generating purchase orders
* Arranging site inductions and mobilisations
The skills and attributes that you will possess
* At least 2 years previous office experience
* Experience of knowledge of the transport, hire & logistics industry will be highly regarded.
* Attention to detail and accuracy with regards to payroll and accounts data
* Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised
* Ability to prioritise competing work requirements
* Excellent communication skills, and a confident and professional manner.
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office competency
* Must have a C Class driver's license and police clearance valid within 6 months

This role is a residential role based in Newman and no FIFO options will be considered.
