The Role:
We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our food & beverage team at BrisbaneAirport. If you love being hands-on, thrive in a busy café environment, and want to lead a great team – this is the opportunity for you.
*Being an early riser is a must Early starts mean early finishes
What You'll Do:
Be a go-to leader – support your team to deliver excellent service
Bring energy to every shift and create a great team vibe
Ensure food & beverage standards are on point – quality, speed, and presentation
Support stock management, hygiene, and compliance processes
Train, coach, and motivate team members
Maintain a positive, people-first culture
What We're Looking For:
Previous leadership experience in hospitality, food retail, or cafes
A strong understanding of grinder adjustments, dosing & distribution, and brew ratios
Current RSA
Understanding of food safety, hygiene and compliance practices
Strong communication and people skills
Early riser and preferably a Sunday to Thursday schedule Need to be flexible for public holidays and school holidays
Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
