About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Administration Officer to join our clients' team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong Excel skills, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accounts Payable
* Accurate data entry and reconciliation using Excel
* Editing and managing PDF documents
* Supporting accounts and general ledger entries
* Assisting with month-end and year-end financial processes
* Ensuring deadlines are met and records are maintained
Skills & Experience:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data input)
* Able to work electronically
* Process-driven
* Experience with PDF software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat)
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Fast Learner
* Excellent communication skills - able to explain things in writing and over the phone
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Prior experience in an account admin role is a plus.

Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm (40 hours per week)
Rate: $35-42 per hour pending skills and experience
