We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our clients team in their impressive, purpose built facilities in Welshpool.
Working within the busy engineering team you will work closely with the engineering manager in providing leading customer service support to their Tier 1 Mining and Oil and Gas clients across Australia.
About the Role:
* Attend customer inquiries, quotation requests and orders.
* Solve customer problems and analyze customer service requirements.
* Maintain the Customer Contact database and keep field sales personnel updated.
* Provide internal support to sales, production, and warehouse personnel.
* Liaise with technical, costing/estimating, and production departments.
* Manage and develop customer accounts.
To be successful in this role, you should have several years of customer service experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills and computer literacy with experience with ERP/CRM systems. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are also crucial.
