About the role:
We are growing and therefore have an outstanding opportunity for a results‐driven sales account manager to join our already stellar team in WA.
The Account Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining existing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role involves understanding customer needs, recommending suitable Hisense products, and achieving state, category and company goals.
Managing an assigned territory of approximately 30‐35 accounts across metro Perth (south) and occasional regional aspects.
Key Tasks
* Plan call cycle & appointments a month in advance.
* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, etc.) to ensure a smooth sales process.
* Track and report sales activities, including customer interactions and call cycle management.
* Execute training across all stores to improve Hisense product knowledge, sales skills and ASP.
* Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross‐selling.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
* Understand customer needs and present relevant product opportunities.
* Stay updated on audio‐visual and home appliance trends, key competitors, and new product offerings.
* Look for additional display and merchandising opportunities whilst ensuring fixtures are well maintained and that maintenance requests are logged quickly.
* Always look for opportunities to expand Hisense range and offering.
* Complete sales, training and CRM updates daily (as part of call plan).
* Able to participate in out‐of‐hours training and events.
* Ability to occasionally travel with overnight stays.
Key Performance Measures
* Achieve specific monthly, quarterly and annual sales revenue goals.
* Improve Hisense brand visibility and ASP across key categories.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Who are you
* It is essential that you have solid sales experience in an account manager or territory manager role.
* Home Appliance/Audio Visual industry experience highly advantageous.
* Positive attitude, hunger to win, and goes above and beyond.
* Business & Financial Acumen.
* Analytical Skills – able to methodically weigh varying pieces of evidence or data and determine best course of action.
* Communication – can communicate in clear, persuasive, influential way.
* Collaboration – values experience and contributions of individual team members as well as peers; demonstrates willingness to collaborate to find new, creative solutions to problems and emerging opportunities.
