As a Loan Services Officer within the Loan Fulfilment team, you'll play a critical role in supporting the Bank's lending operations by ensuring accurate and compliant preparation of legal and security documentation. Your work will directly impact our ability to protect the Bank's interests and deliver seamless experiences for our customers. Collaborating closely with lenders, internal teams, and stakeholders across the business, you'll ensure efficient, timely processing while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and service. This role offers the opportunity to apply your knowledge of property legislation, conveyancing, and loan securities in a fast-paced environment, where your attention to detail, customer focus, and commitment to continuous improvement will help drive success for the broader OPS division.

Key responsibilities
* Prepare and review legal and security documentation to support loan approvals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with internal procedures and regulations.
* Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and lending teams, providing guidance on documentation requirements and resolving discrepancies efficiently.
* Accurately manage data entry and loan information in banking systems, meeting productivity and quality targets while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

* (Desirable, not essential): Experience in banking/finance, knowledge of the Consumer Credit Code and Banking Code of Practice, loan securities, land titles, property/stamp duty legislation, and loan processing/security documentation.
We offer flexible work options with a hybrid model of minimum 60% on site attendance (3 days a week), based in our Adelaide or Bendigo Head Office. This is a Full-time, 12 Month Contract position.
