The opportunity has become available due to the ongoing growth driven by very active market conditions fuelling their need to build capability. As Senior Project Manager you will be a key contributor in this growth phase, as an active member of the high performing Project, who are all passionate about the business, and creating success.
When I picture the right candidate, you would be an individual who is currently at a senior level looking to take the next step in your career, looking to apply your knowledge and skills to build a meaningful career in a global business environment.
You will apply a "can do" attitude, being someone who rolls up their sleeves and get things done. You are a person who displays exceptional communication skills able to influence outcomes and convey messages to a range of internal and external stakeholders.
As a Project Management professional, you will not need me to provide a list of responsibilities and tasks that will be required to be delivered on a day-to-day basis here. You have a clear understanding that your success to date, has been driven by well-developed team leadership and management skills providing clear direction with an open style, delivering results through a highly organised and effective approach. You are comfortable in a client facing role developing relationships, successfully delivering largescale complex projects, display a professional and disciplined approach to your work, and importantly, have the drive, to ensure contractual, fiscal, and business result outcomes are achieved. Equally important is to have a mature and steady demeanour, with an ability to work effectively under pressure, creating direction through advanced problem solving and analytical skills.
