- Policy Design and Review: Design, review, and update financial crime policies, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Risk Assessment: Work with various departments to identify, assess, and manage financial crime risks.
- Compliance Monitoring: Provide second-line compliance monitoring and testing of financial crime risks.
- Fraud Prevention Support: Offer second-line support for first-line fraud prevention teams.
- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal audit and IT security teams to ensure comprehensive oversight and prevention of financial crime.
- Training and Communication: Develop and implement financial crime education and communication programs for employees.
