Responsibilities 
Processing all incoming insurance claims in accordance with legislative requirements 
Provide timely and effective responses to customer enquiries 
Develop customer relationships, understand customer requirements, and deliver a positive trusted customer experience 
Deliver consistent and appropriate high level of customer service at all touch points 
Important to your success 
Demonstrate enthusiasm and ability to optimise business value to customers by delivering a positive customer experience to sustain and enhance the customer base 
Technical knowledge of relevant lines of insurance and associated legislation 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
Proactive approaches to problem solving with strong decision-making capabilities 
Ability to recognise, avert, manage, and escalate conflicts 
High attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy 
Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands 
General knowledge of Boats will be highly regarded 
A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape
