Who We Are
Located in a very remote part of North West Queensland, Dajarra State School serves the small rural township of Dajarra.
This school caters for students from Kindergarten through to Year 6, organised into two multi-age classrooms (K-2 and 3-6) to foster a close, personalised learning environment.
The school offers a unique small-school atmosphere where every child can be seen, supported and encouraged.
Under the school motto "Where Everyone is an Achiever", the staff and community work collaboratively to equip each student with the tools, skills and confidence to succeed — academically, socially and culturally.

About The Role
Two (2) shifts per day - each two (2) hours long
Monday to Friday (school days only)
Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming learning environment for our students and staff
Responsibilities Include
Cleaning windows, pictures, doorknobs, taps, sinks, drinking fountains, lavatory basins, glassware, glass doors and cupboards.
Cleaning and sanitising toilet facilities and sick bays.
Cleaning and maintaining equipment.
Cobweb and mildew control, utilising extendable equipment as necessary.
Cleaning of concrete, bitumen, asphalt and paved surfaces.
